We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Exchanges are free, while returns for a refund may be subject to a small shipping fee unless the item arrived damaged.

Do you offer a warranty on your bags?

Yes, all BAGS products come with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
